It looks like a kazillion bucks when paired with a knee length secretary skirt and a tall pair of leather boots.
Or with ripped jeans and rain boots.
Or on top of your favorite dress with a pair of ankle boots.
Or with leggings (as long as your caboose is covered) and a pair of slip on sneakers in leopard pony hair (yummmmm).
But it does not cost a kazillion bucks. True story I grabbed mine in the Dublin airport for €40. No wonder Irish eyes are smiling!
